1. About me

Hi，我是 Linking。

一名软件从业者，也是一名跑者、篮球爱好者和父亲。

2016 年参加工作，先后经历过企业、科研院所和人工智能研究机构。长期从事 Java Web、系统平台和工程化相关工作，参与过网络与云平台、科研管理、机器人协同、实验自动化等系统的设计与开发。

工作十年，我对自己的定位也在不断变化。

最初，我关心的是如何把代码写好，把功能实现出来；后来，我开始关注系统架构、需求分析、上下游协作和项目交付；进入 AI 时代以后，我更加相信，工程师的价值不只是掌握多少技术，而是能否理解真实问题，整合合适的技术，并把一件事情可靠地做成。

我不是极致的技术专家，也不是擅长包装概念的人。相比追逐每一个新框架，我更愿意做一名长期的技术实践者：理解问题、设计方案、完成系统、记录过程，并在实践中持续修正自己的判断。

前十年，我努力成为一个合格的工程师；
后十年，我希望成为一个更完整的人。

2. Work experience

2022.4 – Now · IAI

继续从事系统平台和软件工程相关工作。全面拥抱AI，希望能做些有意思的事情。

这一阶段，我逐渐从“唯技术论”中走出来，不再只关心代码和框架，而是更加关注需求背后的真实问题、系统的整体架构，以及如何借助 AI 提高个人与团队的工作效率。

2021.9 – 2022.3 · IIM

在科研院所体系中工作，让我近距离理解了科研项目的运行方式，也完成了对科研工作的“祛魅”。

科研工作者同样面对任务、协作、沟通和交付。真正值得尊敬的，不是某种身份，而是长期专注于问题并持续创造价值的人。

2016.7 – 2021.8 · Sun Create

职业生涯的起点。

在这里，我建立了最初的工程习惯，也逐渐理解一个项目如何从需求出发，经过设计、开发、测试和部署，最终完成交付。

除了技术本身，我更重要的收获是理解了工作流程、岗位分工、上下游关系，以及团队协作的重要性。

对我来说，AI 不只是一个代码生成工具，而是一种新的工作方式：它可以帮助工程师理解陌生领域、分析需求、验证方案、编写文档，也可以让一个人完成过去需要多人协作才能完成的事情。

我希望逐渐具备从发现问题、设计方案到实现产品的完整能力，而不仅仅是完成某个模块的开发。

4. How I work

这些年，我逐渐形成了一些朴素的工作观念：

  • 技术是解决问题的手段，而不是目的。
  • 写出代码只是开始，让系统稳定运行并真正被使用才算完成。
  • 好的需求分析，往往比急着开始编码更重要。
  • 文档不是额外工作，而是工程能力的一部分。
  • 遇到问题时，先还原现象，再缩小范围，最后寻找原因。
  • 可靠、沟通顺畅、能够把事情推进下去，比单纯“技术很强”更难得。
  • AI 可以放大人的能力，但最终的判断、责任和品位仍然属于人。

我希望自己成为一个靠谱、能成事，同时保有好奇心的人。

5. Life outside work

工作之外，我喜欢跑步、篮球、骑行、游泳和钓鱼。

篮球打了二十多年。它让我体验竞争、配合、胜负和伤病，也让我明白，热爱一件事不一定要达到多高的水平，坚持本身就有意义。

这两年开始持续跑步。跑步让我重新关注身体、睡眠和生活节奏，也让我体会到：许多改变并不需要突然发生，只需要不断出门，一公里一公里地向前。

我也喜欢动漫、阅读、英语和写作。这个博客记录技术实践，也记录工作、家庭、运动和成长中的思考。

我越来越相信，一个人的生活不应该只有工作。

我希望拥有健康的身体、稳定的内心、和睦的家庭，也希望能够长期阅读、持续表达，做一些自己真正喜欢并且对别人有用的事情。

热爱生活，热爱工作，也学着更好地爱自己；分清哪些是自己的责任，哪些不是，然后认真对待真正重要的人和事。

1. About Me

Hi, I’m Linking.

I’m a software professional, a runner, a basketball enthusiast, and a father.

I began my career in 2016 and have since worked in the corporate sector, at a research institute, and within an artificial intelligence research organization. My work has centered on Java Web development, software platforms, and engineering practices. Along the way, I have contributed to the design and development of systems involving networking and cloud platforms, research management, multi-robot collaboration, and laboratory automation.

After ten years in the industry, the way I see myself—and my work—has continued to evolve.

At first, I cared mainly about writing good code and delivering working features. Later, I began to think more about system architecture, requirements analysis, cross-functional collaboration, and project delivery. Now, in the age of AI, I have come to believe that an engineer’s value lies not simply in how many technologies they know, but in their ability to understand real-world problems, bring the right technologies together, and turn ideas into reliable, working solutions.

I am neither an extreme technical specialist nor someone who is good at dressing ideas up in buzzwords. Rather than chasing every new framework, I would prefer to remain a long-term technology practitioner: understanding problems, designing solutions, building systems, documenting the journey, and continually refining my judgment through practice.

In my first ten years, I worked to become a capable engineer.
In the next ten, I hope to become a more well-rounded person.

2. Work Experience

Apr 2022 – Present · IAI

I continue to work on software platforms and software engineering. I have fully embraced AI and hope to use it to build things that are both useful and interesting.

During this stage of my career, I have gradually moved beyond a technology-first mindset. Instead of focusing only on code and frameworks, I now pay more attention to the real problems behind the requirements, the architecture of the system as a whole, and how AI can improve the way individuals and teams work.

Sep 2021 – Mar 2022 · IIM

Working within a research institute gave me a close-up view of how research projects actually operate. It also helped me see research work more clearly, without the mystique that often surrounds it.

Researchers face the same realities as everyone else: tasks, collaboration, communication, deadlines, and delivery. What deserves respect is not a title or an identity, but the ability to stay focused on meaningful problems and create lasting value.

Jul 2016 – Aug 2021 · Sun Create

This was where my professional journey began.

Here, I developed my earliest engineering habits and gradually learned how a project moves from requirements through design, development, testing, deployment, and final delivery.

Beyond the technology itself, my most important lesson was learning how workflows, roles, upstream and downstream responsibilities, and teamwork come together to make a project succeed.

To me, AI is more than a code-generation tool—it represents a new way of working. It can help engineers understand unfamiliar fields, analyze requirements, validate solutions, and write documentation. It can also enable one person to accomplish work that once required an entire team.

I hope to develop the full range of skills needed to identify problems, design solutions, and build complete products—not merely implement individual modules.

4. How I Work

Over the years, I have developed a few simple beliefs about work:

  • Technology is a means of solving problems, not an end in itself.
  • Writing the code is only the beginning. The work is not complete until the system runs reliably and is genuinely useful.
  • Good requirements analysis is often more important than rushing into implementation.
  • Documentation is not extra work; it is part of good engineering.
  • When something goes wrong, first reproduce the problem, then narrow down the scope, and finally identify the root cause.
  • Reliability, clear communication, and the ability to move things forward are often rarer—and more valuable—than technical brilliance alone.
  • AI can amplify human capability, but judgment, responsibility, and taste still belong to people.

I hope to become someone who is dependable, capable of making things happen, and always curious.

5. Life Outside Work

Outside work, I enjoy running, basketball, cycling, swimming, and fishing.

I have played basketball for more than twenty years. It has taught me about competition, teamwork, victory, defeat, and injury. It has also taught me that loving something does not require reaching an extraordinary level—sometimes, continuing to show up is meaningful enough.

I have been running consistently for the past two years. Running has helped me pay closer attention to my body, my sleep, and the rhythm of everyday life. It has also reminded me that change does not always need to happen all at once. Sometimes, all it takes is stepping outside again and moving forward, one kilometer at a time.

I also enjoy anime, reading, learning English, and writing. This blog is a record of my technical work, but also of my thoughts on career, family, exercise, and personal growth.

The older I get, the more strongly I believe that life should be about more than work.

I hope to have a healthy body, a steady mind, and a harmonious family. I also hope to keep reading, writing, and creating things that I genuinely enjoy and that may be useful to others.

I want to love life, love my work, and learn to treat myself with greater kindness—to distinguish between what is my responsibility and what is not, and to devote myself to the people and things that truly matter.
