Take Care of My Son Alone

• Went to the Zoo with my son. His favorite animal is the hippo.
• His mum left for a business trip to another province.
• I played with him, read to him, and ate with him.
• It was a new experince spending time with him, as he has grown a lot, but he’s still navie sometimes.
• I made a card for the pen click: GPT generated some interesting phrases, then I used free TTS to create audio files, which I saved to the pen’s disk, formatting the file names to match the caterpillar pen’s requirements.

Running

• I’ve started running recently.
• My knee doesn’t feel great after running, but it’s still better then how it feels after playing basketball.
• I’ve seen many people say that running doesn’t hurt the knees, so i want to see if i running scientifically and regularly will improve my knees. That way, i can travel far with my family and play basketball better.
• Running will give me a healthy body, strong knees, and happiness. I can also get these benefits from basketball, swimming or cycling, but basketball is more damaging, swimming is expensive, and the gym water is dirty. Cycling takes too much time, and if i ride to work, i’ll get sweaty and need a shower, which isn’t posible at my company. So, running is the best option for me.
• On sunday morning, I run 3.6 km. My knee hurt a bit, but it was manageable. I plan to keep running every other day or daily if i feel up to it.
